Great Smoothie

      Try this for a great after work out pick me up. It give you many of the weight watcher required  foods (ie. healthy oils, dairy, fruit)   ENJOY!

      Banana Mocha Protein Shake

            1-Med Banana 1 scoop Eas Low Carb chocolate protein powder 1 cup skim milk 1 tsp granular instant coffee 1 tbs EV Olive Oil

          Add all ingredients to blender and enjoy!
